About the job

As a Financial Modelling Senior / Supervisor Advisor, you will have the opportunity to lead and engage in challenging projects, providing financial advisory services for M&A transactions, strategic decision-making, capital raising, and other corporate finance purposes. Collaborating with a diverse team of experts, you will offer critical insights and support to clients across various industries. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to further develop their expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As part of the Deals – Financial Modelling team, your role will involve leading the development of sophisticated financial models, utilizing advanced modelling techniques, and reviewing the work of junior team members. You will gain exposure to a comprehensive suite of financial modelling assignments, including the preparation and review of integrated business plan models, scenario analysis, transaction impact assessments, and other financial decision-support tools. Additionally, you will have the chance to enhance your skills through continuous learning and professional development, positioning yourself for growth and advancement in your career.


The key responsibilities of this role include:

  •  Leading the design and review of complex 3-statement financial models

  • Overseeing the development of dynamic models supporting strategic decision-making, M&A transactions, capital raising, and other corporate finance initiatives

  • Managing industry and market research efforts to assess business viability, support strategic assessments, and validate assumptions

  • Overseeing the preparation of reports and client presentations, ensuring quality, consistency, and clarity

  • Guiding and supporting junior team members in their day-to-day work, providing feedback and promoting their technical development

  • Participating in client meetings and discussions, contributing to the delivery of actionable recommendations

The key requirements of this role are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or Economics with an excellent academic record

  • Master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications (CFA) in any of the above-mentioned disciplines will be considered a strong asset

  • Familiarity and a solid understanding of basic accounting concepts and financial modelling techniques

  • Experience using CapitalIQ and Bloomberg databases will be highly regarded

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • A genuine passion for finance

  • Problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and report-writing skills

  • Minimum of 3 years (Senior) to 5 years (Supervisor) of relevant professional experience, preferably in financial modelling within an audit/consulting firm

  • Fluency in Greek and English, both orally and verbally

  • Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)
