As a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping and winning strategic technology opportunities. Working closely with Technology Leadership, Delivery Teams, and Business Development stakeholders, you will be responsible for understanding client challenges, developing compelling solution narratives, and translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
You will lead the creation of high-impact proposals, executive presentations, and customer-facing pitches, engaging directly with senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, and business decision-makers. While commercial negotiations and pricing remain with leadership teams, you will own the solution story, value proposition, and overall pursuit narrative.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:
Collaborate with Technology Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to shape strategic client opportunities.
Understand client business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements.
Develop compelling value propositions, win themes, and solution narratives tailored to each opportunity.
Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, executive summaries, and client presentations.
Design and deliver engaging customer presentations and solution pitches to senior stakeholders.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and benefits.
Coordinate inputs from technical, sales, delivery, and leadership teams to create cohesive client-facing material.
Ensure all proposal and presentation content aligns with Grant Thornton branding and quality standards.
Support multiple concurrent pursuits while managing timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of pre-sales methodologies, templates, and reusable content assets.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Technology Consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
Demonstrated success in developing and delivering winning technology proposals and client presentations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling capabilities.
Proven ability to create compelling value propositions and customer-centric solution narratives.
Experience presenting to executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders.
Strong understanding of modern technology domains such as Software Engineering, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Integration, and Digital Transformation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and related presentation/documentation tools.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience within a Consulting, Systems Integration, or Technology Services organization.
Knowledge of Banking and/or Energy industry solutions and business processes.
Experience with design and visual storytelling tools such as Figma, Canva, or infographic platforms.
Experience building reusable proposal frameworks, pitch decks, and pre-sales content libraries.
Cloud certifications or foundational knowledge in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Enterprise Architecture, Solution Consulting, or Pre-Sales certifications.
