What you'll do
- Support clients in applying and interpreting International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data using advanced tools and visualization techniques
- Evaluate financial statements to assess performance, cash flows, and forecasts
- Design and implement financial controlling frameworks including FP&A, budgeting, and cost accounting
- Support finance transformation projects focused on process improvement and optimization
- Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial information for internal and external use
- Conduct industry and economic research to support client decision-making
- Develop complex financial models and conduct valuation analyses
- Create client-facing presentations and marketing materials
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support colleagues
- Manage deliverables efficiently and align with project timelines
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and experience with implementation or transition projects
- Skills in financial reporting, accounting, audit, and financial controlling frameworks
- Proficiency in analytical skills, attention to detail, and financial analysis techniques
- Experience with finance systems such as ERPs and BI tools
- Strong communication skills and client relationship management capabilities
- Ability to develop financial modelling and valuation analysis
- Accounting / Finance / Economicspreferred

The key responsibilities of this role will include:
• Supporting clients in the application and interpretation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), including assistance with transition to IFRS from other frameworks
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data using advanced tools and data visualization techniques
• Evaluating clients’ financial statements to assess financial performance, cash flows, and forecasts
• Designing and implementing effective financial controlling frameworks, including FP&A, budgeting, and cost accounting
• Supporting finance transformation projects, focusing on process improvement and end-to-end optimization
• Preparing and analyzing both historical and projected financial information for internal and external use
• Conducting industry and economic research to support client decision-making
• Developing complex financial models and conducting valuation analyses using various methodologies
• Creating compelling client-facing presentations and marketing materials
• Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, while actively learning from and supporting colleagues
• Managing your deliverables efficiently and aligning with project timelines to ensure exceptional client service
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
• 3-5 years of experience in Audit, Financial Reporting, Accounting or similar fields
Solid understanding of IFRS standards, with hands-on experience in IFRS implementation or transition projects
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
Enrollment in or completion of ACCA, ACA, IESOEL, or METKEL programs is a strong asset
Familiarity with finance systems (ERPs, BI tools) is highly desirable
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data
A proven track record of working with multiple clients and delivering high-quality outputs
Effective communication and rapport building skills
Ability to deliver work of highest quality, documented in accordance with our company’s standards
A customer centric approach to finance and business operations
An extremely high work ethic
Motivation for career progression and development
Ability to gather and correlate correct date
Experience in a multinational company or public accounting firm
