What you'll do
- Lead and deliver risk and regulatory advisory and assurance engagements across financial services
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable strategies and policies
- Direct engagements across financial and non-financial risk sectors
- Advise on prudential regulation and supervisory expectations including Basel, CRR/CRD, EBA, ECB/SSM, SRB
- Deliver services in regulatory reporting, capital management, ICAAP/ILAAP, liquidity risk, recovery & resolution, and risk data governance
- Support risk model development, validation, and internal control assessments
- Lead regulatory gap assessments, remediation programmes, and risk transformation initiatives
- Integrate ESG considerations into risk management practices
- Manage, coach, and develop teams of professionals
- Build senior client relationships and act as a trusted regulatory advisor
- Drive business development and contribute to practice growth
- Collaborate across service lines maintaining high business ethics
Key requirements
- 6+ years' experience
- Risk and regulatory advisory including prudential regulation frameworks and supervisory expectations
- Financial and non-financial risk management including credit, market, liquidity, operational, interest rate risk and ESG
- Regulatory reporting (COREP, FINREP) and risk data governance frameworks (BCBS 239 / RDARR)
- Capital management and planning, ICAAP/ILAAP, recovery & resolution planning, and stress testing
- Risk model development, validation, and quantitative risk methodologies
- Team leadership and management with strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Business development and advanced MS Office skills with programming languages R, Python, SAS, SPSS, SQL
- Finance / Economics / Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering / Risk Managementpreferred
