What you'll do
- Analyze regulations and configure requirements considering regulatory dependencies
- Assist in developing and updating compliance policies, procedures, and operational manuals
- Conduct regulatory monitoring of relevant European and international legislation and assess client impact
- Interpret complex regulations into clear requirements and provide regulatory advisory
- Prepare presentations
- Translate regulatory developments into actionable recommendations and support implementation
- Assist in regulatory gap assessments, compliance risk assessments, and internal reporting
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client-specific solutions
- Build strong client relationships and serve as a regulatory compliance advisor
- Participate in business development including regulatory research and proposal preparation
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Banking Compliance and European Regulations expertise
- Regulatory Compliance, Regulatory Monitoring, and Interpretation of Regulations
- Compliance Policies Development and Compliance Monitoring Platforms knowledge
- Risk Assessment and Internal Audit experience
- Communication Skills and Presentation Preparation
- Analytical Skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with GRC Tools
