About the job
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Consultant to join our Operational Team in Financial Services. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in consulting, operational optimization, and business transformation.
Work alongside experienced consultants and managers on live client projects across multiple industries, supporting operational reviews, performance improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making.
If you are analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced consulting environment, this role will accelerate your development.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
Supporting the delivery of Operational Advisory and Financial Services engagements, including transformation initiatives
Assisting in business process optimization, operational efficiency, and operating model transformation
Supporting PMO activities, including project planning, milestone tracking, RAID logs, and status reporting
Performing financial and operational analysis, including data collection, validation, and interpretation
Contributing to business cases, and KPI dashboards
Preparing client-ready presentations, progress updates, and management information
Coordinating with client teams and internal stakeholders to support timely delivery
Working closely with senior team members to develop practical, data-driven insights and recommendations
Assisting in designing process improvement initiatives
Preparing presentations, reports, and client deliverables
Contributing to KPI monitoring frameworks and reporting tools
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, PMO support, corporate finance, or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, or another quantitatively focused discipline
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Exposure to data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) for management reporting and performance tracking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
Ability to work in structured project environments and meet tight deadlines
Strong motivation to learn and develop within a professional advisory environment
Ideally, You Also Have
Master’s degree in a relevant field
Basic understanding of project management methodologies
Knowledge of IFRS and/or Greek GAAP
Progress toward professional certifications (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFA)
