Our Financial Advisory team is experiencing strong growth, resulting in a number of opportunities arising for talented and ambitious individuals looking to develop a career in Financial Advisory services.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
Manage and support Corporate Finance, M&A, and loan portfolio transactions, including preparation of detailed financial analyses, transaction materials, and high-quality client deliverables
Develop and review comprehensive business plans and dynamic financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and restructuring projects
Design and implement financing and restructuring solutions, including debt profiling, refinancing, and capital structure optimization
Support and participate in negotiations with banks, investors, and other key stakeholders
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle
Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members, providing guidance, technical oversight, and constructive feedback
Collaborate closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Contribute to special projects and internal initiatives focused on innovation, scalability, and operational excellence
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BSc/MSc) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with strong academic achievement
5 - 8+ years of relevant experience in Financial Advisory, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or related fields, with prior experience in a leading consulting or professional services firm
Completion of (or progress toward) a professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA)
Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, Greek GAAP)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
Proactivity, adaptability, attention to detail, and professionalism in client-facing work
Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)
