The role in more details:
Participate in a wide spectrum of Corporate and M&A projects involving national and multinational corporate clients and private equity funds.
Work with international legal teams and gain valuable international market exposure.
Have an active contribution as a senior member of project teams, working under tight deadlines and high-quality standards
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
6-12 years of experience in corporate and M&A field.
Greek lawyer qualification.
An LLM in fields related to Commercial, Corporate and M&A or Civil law will be considered an asset.
Advanced interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Continuous learning and development mindset.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
Fluent written and spoken both Greek & English.
