- Manage design, programming, and commissioning of electrical and automation projects

Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Electrical Engineering and Automation Programming skills
- Experience with PLC Systems, SCADA, Power Management Systems, and Power Plants
- Sales Experience in marine or related markets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Remote Tools
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, Presentation, and Collaboration skills
- Customer Relationship Management and Market Analysis abilities

Golden A/S (Συστήματα Ισχύος Α.Τ.Ε.Ε.), a marine automation company is currently seeking to recruit an PLC / SCADA Automation Programmer with strong automation programming background with keen sense of punctuality, presentation and details. The Engineer will be joining our Programming team and manage all the process from initial design to programming and commissioning of various electrical / automation projects including but not limited to: Electrical Switchboards, PLC Systems, Power management Systems, Power Plants, in the Greek area as well as abroad.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Meeting short-term / long-term sales and revenue goals following team’s KPIs
Partner with the sales team to maintain and generate leads
Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service
Preparing sales budgets and offers, with other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
Contributing to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team
Monitoring customer and market trends to develop marketing activities
Required qualifications and skills
University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation.
More than 2 years of experience in Sales. Knowledge marine / yachting market will be considered a plus.
Excellent command of Greek & English language.
Excellent use of O365 and remote tools.
Ownership & Professionalism.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
