What you'll do
- Enter shipment data into the cargo shipment system
- Deliver and update information on cargo and correspondence with accompanying documents
- Accept shipments intended for export
- Check shipment dimensions, weight, and packaging
- Inform responsible personnel in case of discrepancies
- Maintain cargo records
Key requirements
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Second foreign language desirable
- Computer skills including good knowledge of PC use
- Responsibility and accuracy
- Time management and methodical approach
- Any Field

Δεν απαιτείται προηγούμενη εμπειρία στο αεροδρόμιο ή τις αερομεταφορές, καθώς η ομάδα εκπαίδευσης θα σε προετοιμάσει για τον νέο σου ρόλο τόσο με θεωρητική εκπαίδευση σε αίθουσα, όσο και με πρακτική εκπαίδευση μόλις αναλάβεις καθήκοντα.

Αρμοδιότητες:
✈️Εισαγωγή δεδομένων στο σύστημα αποστολών των εμπορευμάτων
✈️Ενημέρωση-παράδοση εμπορευμάτων και αλληλογραφίας καθώς και των συνοδευτικών εγγράφων τους.
✈️Αποδοχή αποστολών που προορίζονται για εξαγωγή
✈️Έλεγχος διαστάσεων, βάρους και συσκευασίας
✈️Ενημέρωση των υπευθύνων σε περίπτωση ασυμφωνίας
✈️Τήρηση αρχείων
Τι αναζητούμε:
✈️Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
✈️Πτυχίο αγγλικών επιπέδου Β2 (First Certificate in English ή ισοδύναμο)
✈️Επιθυμητή δεύτερη ξένη γλώσσα
✈️Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση ή στον τομέα της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
✈️Πολύ καλή γνώση χρήσης Η/Υ
