What you'll do
- Assist passengers at self-service check-in machines
- Perform passenger and baggage check-in at ticket counters
- Charge for overweight baggage and extra services
- Verify travel documents and passenger identity
- Handle aircraft arrivals
- Escort passengers
- Coordinate boarding gate operations including organization, announcements, carry-on checks, and boarding
Key requirements
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Second foreign language desirable
- Passenger check-in and baggage handling skills
- Operation of check-in machines
- Travel documents checking and passenger identity verification
- Customer service experience
- Computer literacy
- General Studies

Δεν απαιτείται προηγούμενη εμπειρία στο αεροδρόμιο ή τις αερομεταφορές, καθώς η ομάδα εκπαίδευσης θα σε προετοιμάσει για τον νέο σου ρόλο τόσο με θεωρητική εκπαίδευση σε αίθουσα, όσο και με πρακτική εκπαίδευση μόλις αναλάβεις καθήκοντα.

Οι αρμοδιότητες σου:
✈️Εξυπηρέτηση επιβατών στα αυτόματα μηχανήματα check in
✈️Check in επιβατών και αποσκευών στα ελεγκτήρια εισιτηρίων (check in counters)
✈️Χρεώσεις υπέρβαρου & υπηρεσιών
✈️Έλεγχος ταξιδιωτικών εγγράφων και ταυτοπροσωπία
✈️Αφίξεις αεροσκαφών
✈️Συνοδείες επιβατών
✈️Συντονισμός εξόδου επιβίβασης ( boarding gate )
(οργάνωση gate / αναγγελίες / έλεγχος χειραποσκευών / επιβίβαση επιβατών )
Τι αναζητούμε:
✈️Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
✈️Πτυχίο αγγλικών επιπέδου Β2 (First Certificate in English ή ισοδύναμο)
✈️Επιθυμητή δεύτερη ξένη γλώσσα
✈️Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση ή στον τομέα της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
✈️Εξοικείωση με τους ηλεκτρονικούς υπολογιστές
