What you'll do
- Serve passengers at self check-in machines
- Check in passengers and baggage at check in counters
- Handle overweight charges and related services
- Check travel documents and verify passenger identity
- Coordinate aircraft arrivals
- Accompany passengers
- Manage boarding gate operations including gate organization, announcements, hand luggage checks, and passenger boarding
Key requirements
- Secondary education (High School diploma)
- English language proficiency B2 or equivalent
- Second foreign language preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Computer literacy
- Skills in check in passengers and baggage, passenger service at self check-in machines, handling overweight charges and services, checking travel documents and identity verification, managing boarding
- Any Field

Δεν απαιτείται προηγούμενη εμπειρία στο αεροδρόμιο ή τις αερομεταφορές, καθώς η ομάδα εκπαίδευσης θα σε προετοιμάσει για τον νέο σου ρόλο τόσο με θεωρητική εκπαίδευση σε αίθουσα, όσο και με πρακτική εκπαίδευση μόλις αναλάβεις καθήκοντα.

Οι αρμοδιότητες σου:
✈️Εξυπηρέτηση επιβατών στα αυτόματα μηχανήματα check in
✈️Check in επιβατών και αποσκευών στα ελεγκτήρια εισιτηρίων (check in counters)
✈️Χρεώσεις υπέρβαρου & υπηρεσιών
✈️Έλεγχος ταξιδιωτικών εγγράφων και ταυτοπροσωπία
✈️Αφίξεις αεροσκαφών
✈️Συνοδείες επιβατών
✈️Συντονισμός εξόδου επιβίβασης ( boarding gate )
(οργάνωση gate / αναγγελίες / έλεγχος χειραποσκευών / επιβίβαση επιβατών )
Τι αναζητούμε:
✈️Απολυτήριο Λυκείου
✈️Πτυχίο αγγλικών επιπέδου Β2 (First Certificate in English ή ισοδύναμο)
✈️Επιθυμητή δεύτερη ξένη γλώσσα
✈️Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση ή στον τομέα της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
✈️Εξοικείωση με τους ηλεκτρονικούς υπολογιστές
