What you'll do
- Assess life insurance risks and prepare quotations, policy terms and conditions, and contracts
- Issue policies, endorsements, amendments, and related documentation within delegated authority limits
- Coordinate with medical consultants on medical evaluations and underwriting decisions
- Monitor quotation performance and conversion rates, providing insights and recommendations
- Process policy issuance, printing, dispatch, notifications, cancellations, and related administration
- Apply underwriting regulations, guidelines, and risk assessment frameworks
- Review and reassess policies, including special terms and claims-related adjustments
- Handle customer complaints, disputes, and litigation-related cases with relevant departments
- Communicate with sales offices, intermediaries, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
- Provide customer and partner service within agreed standards and turnaround times
- Prepare reports and analyses for underwriting performance monitoring and decision-making
- Contribute to new insurance products, underwriting rules, policy conditions, and operational processes
- Help define business and system requirements for underwriting enhancements and digital initiatives

- Life insurance underwriting and insurance risk assessment
- Underwriting regulations and guidelines; regulatory compliance
- Quotation preparation; policy issuance and administration
- Policy review and reassessment; insurance policy documentation
- Analytical skills, reporting and analysis, and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office and English language
- Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Insurance Studies / Any Fieldpreferred
