What you'll do
- Implement internal communication strategy with Corporate Communications, CSR and HR teams
- Act as liaison with Generali Group to ensure consistent strategy and initiatives communication
- Adapt Group content to the Greek organization's needs, language and culture
- Create and edit high-quality content for all internal channels including intranet and newsletters
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications for internal events
- Support communication of HR strategic initiatives like Employee Experience, Learning & Development, DEI, Wellbeing, Talent programs
- Coordinate communication of organizational initiatives aligned with Group strategy and local priorities
- Monitor KPIs and feedback to suggest improvements and new ideas
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to create a unified, human, consistent organizational voice
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Philology or related field
- Experience in internal or corporate communications in multinational environment
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English with ability to create clear, inspiring messages
- Ability for strategic thinking and hands-on implementation
- Familiarity with intranet platforms and digital communication tools
- Content creation and editing skills
- Collaboration with Marketing & Communications departments
- Monitoring KPIs and feedback
- Management of multiple projects
