What you'll do
- Contribute to the annual risk assessment and audit planning process identifying key business risks
- Plan and execute end-to-end internal audit engagements following Group Audit Methodology and regulatory standards
- Apply risk and internal control frameworks to evaluate control design and operating effectiveness
- Prepare clear and well-structured audit working papers and reports with evidence-based recommendations
- Perform data analytics procedures to support audit testing and continuous auditing activities
- Ensure audit documentation complies with Quality Assurance and Improvement Program and Group standards
- Collaborate with business management and second-line functions to promote risk awareness and control culture
- Conduct follow-up reviews on audit actions and report progress to management and governance bodies
- Support preparation of internal audit reports for senior management and governance committees
- Participate in group, regional, and local audit initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Maintain ongoing professional development through training, certifications, and knowledge sharing
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Internal Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, and Operational Audits knowledge
- Professional Certification like CIA, ACCA, CPA, CISA, CFE, or CFSA
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Audit Methodology knowledge including Group Audit Methodology and IIA Standards
- Internal Control Frameworks and Solvency II Requirements understanding
- Data Analytics Procedures, Continuous Auditing Techniques, and Audit Tools such as IDEA®, ACL, and data visualization
- Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Actuarial Science / Risk Management
