GENEPHARM S.A., a Leading European Generic Pharmaceutical Company, with an impressive international customer base, seeks a new candidate for the position of:

Portfolio Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Assists in the compilation of candidate products through collaboration with R&D, Procurement, Operations, Regulatory, Intellectual Property and Commercial functions and prepare technical and financial analysis (including, NPV, IPP and ROI) for evaluation and decision making by upper management

• Maintains and regularly updates the company’s product pipeline database

• Monitors the development expenses for the products in pipeline, in collaboration with involved departments (e.g. R&D, Regulatory, etc.) by performing comparison and reporting deviations of budgeted vs actual

• Coordinates kick-off and follow-up internal meetings with stakeholders from the company’s departments related to new products development projects

• Prepares and maintains up to date pre-costing file per product and provides support to BD dept. during negotiations with customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy / postgraduate studies (MBA or MSc) will be considered a plus

• Previous experience in a similar position and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market is desirable

• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Have team spirit

• Be well organized and self-motivated

• Be able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

• Have an excellent command (written and verbal) of the English language (knowledge of any other European language will be considered as an asset)

• Be proficient in the use of MS Office Programs
