What you'll do
- Monitor and triage alerts and logs across security tools, taking operational action on findings
- Track vulnerabilities end to end, recording actions, owners, and deadlines across teams
- Document monitoring activities and responses to produce operational evidence for ISO certification
- Decide how to handle alerts, including web application firewall alerts, with IT, DevOps, Engineering, and Legal
- Contribute to team initiatives by automating repetitive security work
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Security operations, including security monitoring and alert triage, log analysis, and incident investigation
- Vulnerability management and security tooling
- Code reading and scripting with Python or Golang
- Security automation and security documentation
- Cross-functional collaboration with IT, DevOps, Engineering, and Legal
- Security best practices
- Computer Sciencepreferred
