What you'll do
- Welcome and greet guests professionally
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options, specials, and promotions
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Set up and clean tables and dining areas
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Key requirements
- Customer service, communication, and complaint handling
- Food and beverage knowledge, menu presentation, and food and beverage service
- Order taking and cash handling, with basic mathematics
- Teamwork and multitasking
- Organization and table setup and cleanup
- English language and ability to work under pressure
