What you'll do
- Manage all aspects of the spa facility, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Supervise spa staff, provide training, and ensure excellent customer service for all guests
- Develop and execute spa promotions and packages to increase revenue and attract new clients
- Maintain accurate inventory of spa products and supplies and order them on time
- Monitor and manage the spa budget within predetermined guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and regulations
- Promote spa services and products to hotel guests and visitors
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Spa facility management, staff scheduling, and inventory management
- Team leadership and customer service
- Sales, promotion, and marketing of spa services
- Spa treatments, products, and equipment knowledge
- Budget management and health and safety compliance
- Communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, and attention to detail; English fluency
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Any Fieldpreferred
