What you'll do
- Greet and check in late-arriving guests
- Handle nighttime guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Manage reservations and update guest information accurately
- Perform night audits and verify financial transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk
- Respond to emergencies and take appropriate action
Key requirements
- Guest check-in and customer service
- Complaint handling and reservation management
- Night auditing and financial transaction accuracy
- Computer systems and hotel software
- English fluency
- Emergency response
