Job Title: Warehouse Assistant
Department: Operations
Reporting to: Procurement & Warehouse Lead
Your Key Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll help with the day-to-day tasks of our warehouse, including receiving, packing, and shipping materials. You’ll also support our team with inventory and returns.
Daily Warehouse Operations
Help with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping materials for customer orders.
Assist in preparing shipments and work with team members to coordinate with shipping partners.
Help manage the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process by assisting with product returns and replacements.
Work with the team to create and maintain accurate delivery notes for all outgoing shipments.
Help with checking and receiving orders from suppliers to make sure everything is correct.
Job requirements
What we look for:
● 2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
● University degree in a related field such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is a plus.
● Good knowledge of the English language.
● Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
● Familiarity with inventory software is a plus (ERP, WMS).
