We're expanding our talented team and seeking an experienced Senior Bid Officer to drive our bidding success!

As a vital member of our Sales Department, reporting to the B2B Sales Manager, you'll lead the full bidding lifecycle. Your keen eye for detail and ability to thrive under pressure will be key in producing high-quality proposals (RFI, ITT, RFP, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the end-to-end bidding process for new tenders
• Coordinate information from internal and external sources
• Liaise with virtual bid teams and various stakeholders (presales, marketing, sales, finance, legal, product, vendors)
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all tender requirements
• Lead the creation and distribution of compliant bid documentation
• Contribute to bid management plans and prepare reports
• Monitor the market for new opportunities and changes
• Follow up on client bid enquiries
• Lead the design of bid presentations and manage version control
• Manage the bid library and ensure secure record-keeping

Job requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years proven success in preparing and submitting tender responses (Service Industry preferred)
• Strong experience with the National System of Electronic Public Procurement Platform (ESIDIS)
• BS degree (Legal or relevant field preferred)
• Excellent Google Workspace and MS Office skills
• Experience writing and coordinating tender documentation in a professional services environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and a "no mistake" approach
• CRM/ERP database experience (ideal)
• Awareness of business, financial, and industry trends
• Ability to quickly grasp concepts and translate them into solutions
