About the job
The potential candidate will be responsible for planning the work of the Operations Department and the implementation of the projects and the enterprise-level assistance to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Contract implementation progress management in liaison with the customer and the company’s teams.
- Scheduling and planning of all Technical Department activities/visits in consultation with customers, following the operational KPIs
- External partners management for the execution of technical works required on behalf of the company's customers.
- Management of customers requests and complains in liaison with technical visits for inspection and works execution.
- Management of the invoicing orders of technical works in ERP and external partners invoice monitoring
- Work with internal stakeholders to promote continuous improvement activities
- Be innovative and creative in the way that services are delivered, to ensure that performance targets are met within budget and that all services delivered with high levels of customer satisfaction
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the Technological sector
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of project implementation or customer support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc)
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM and Project Management platforms will be a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills in Greek & English both verbal and written
- Very comfortable with technology and quick learner of new tools and software
- Team player
- Communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Driving license
