What you'll do
- Collect, organize, and check financial data in Excel for monthly budgeting
- Prepare basic monthly financial reports, including P/L and Balance Sheets
- Identify trends and share useful financial insights
- Double-check financial records with the accounting team to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain routine reporting tasks and tracking files
- Learn to automate and improve reporting and tracking processes
- Take on additional responsibilities as your experience and confidence grow
Key requirements
- 0+ years' experience
- MS Excel, Google Sheets, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & Process automation
- Financial reporting, Budgeting, Financial statements & Accounting principles
- Data accuracy, Financial data analysis & Daily reporting and tracking
- ERP software
- English fluency & Greek fluency
- Finance / Accounting / Economics / Any Field
