What you'll do
- Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope
- Develop project plans and manage resource availability and allocation
- Lead field operations, physical construction sites, low-voltage cabling, hardware deployments, and technical installations
- Travel to client sites, conduct site surveys, and oversee physical project execution
- Manage client relationships and provide technical advice on construction works, infrastructure, and security hardware
- Supervise subcontractor performance and coordinate corrective actions for safety, quality, planning, and scheduling
- Develop and participate in site quality assurance plans
- Monitor change control and ensure change requests are processed on time
- Plan, coordinate, and manage major project works
- Control project costs, quality, schedules, and delivery data
- Maintain project trackers and prepare project reports and documentation
- Coordinate suppliers and supply chains to meet project objectives and deadlines
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Technical project management and field and site engineering
- Physical security systems and infrastructure networks
- Construction works and low-voltage cabling
- Site surveys and subcontractor management
- Site safety and health and safety processes; quality assurance planning
- Resource planning and allocation; cost, scope, and schedule control; change control
- MS Office and Google Workplace tools
- Engineering / Project Management
