What you'll do
- Manage incoming signals from security systems in the Security Operations Center
- Co-assess signals, visual material, and telephone data to understand and classify incidents
- Activate the appropriate risk management protocol to prevent or limit risks
- Support customers and other involved parties by providing telephone assistance and incident updates
- Follow the company’s operating principles and values
Key requirements
- Security incident management, incoming signal management, and ticketing systems
- Customer-centric service, telephone customer service, and communication skills
- Basic computer skills, ERP information systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace
- Decision-making under pressure and risk management protocols
- Time management and English language
- Greek language
- Electronics Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering / Automation Engineering / Electrical Engineeringpreferred
