What you'll do
- Manage incoming signals from security systems at the Security Operations Center
- Co-assess signals, visual material, and telephone data to understand and classify incidents
- Activate the appropriate incident-management protocol to prevent or reduce risk
- Provide telephone support and updates to subscribers and other involved parties
- Follow operational procedures, company principles, and operating values
Key requirements
- Security incident management and incoming signal management
- Telephone customer service, customer-centric approach, and excellent communication skills
- Rapid decision-making, organization, and time management
- Basic computer skills, ERP, MS Office, Google Workspace, and Ticketing
- English language and Greek language
- Electronics Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering / Automation Engineering / Electrical Engineeringpreferred
