About the job
The Social Media Associate is a key role in rolling out major campaigns on social media channels and managing our online presence as part of wider communication strategy.
Job Description
- Creating and implementing monthly social media content calendars and strategy to align with marketing and wider business goals
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms (as TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc.) including writing, and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
- Copywriting for newsletters, social media platforms, blog posts, company presentations etc.
- Fostering and strengthening new relationships with key influencers within the community
- Serving as a point of contact for the company’s social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok etc.
- Interacting with community members and customers in a professional and timely manner
- Preparing comprehensive reports on social media marketing efforts
- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
- Staying up to date with current technologies and trends in social media and applications
- Communicating with the influencers and coordinating necessary processes to ensure accurate arrival of apparel/footwear/accessories
- Staying up-to-date with Social Media trends and incorporating them into the Social Media strategy
- Supporting other departments and teams on projects, events etc.
Qualifications
- BSc in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication, Media, or Business Administration or similar degree
- Experience in Social Media Management will be highly appreciated
- Highly familiar with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.); Strong copywriting skills
- Good grasp of conversion tracking, display advertising, social media technology and cross-channel marketing
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills in English and Greek; can spot mistakes in both languages at a single glance
- Able to communicate effectively with departments within company and external communication parties
- Flexible to adapt in complex situations in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team environment and present a professional demeanor
