We are seeking an ERP Support Specialist with a strong focus on Entersoft WEB API and Entersoft Business Suite automation experience. The ERP Support Specialist position is responsible for implementing the necessary improvements in the ERP System based on the specifications provided, as well as running diagnostic tests and resolving issues and thus help our IT team deliver an excellent level of service to our inhouse clients and support our company’s growth.

Job Description

• Supporting the E-Commerce platform through EnterSoft Web API
• Supporting existing automations and developing new ones in EBS
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Developing customizations and integrations to support business processes and new ERP functionalities based on certain specifications
• Analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and workflow problems and recommending solutions
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues; providing support to users; managing user permission and security
• Creating reports and queries to support data analysis
• Collaborating closely with the ERP vendor and external providers of software platforms to ensure systems availability and optimal performance
• Creating and maintaining system and user documentation; training users
• Participating in ad hoc projects and supporting other system projects as needed

Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years of similar experience administering an ERP system; Hands on experience with EnterSoft ERP is a must
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related disciplines
• Hands on experience with SQL Server databases (Queries)
• Experience with WEB API and EBS automation
• Ability to document processes and technical knowledge in clear, easily understood documentation (requirements, specifications, testing protocols)
• Ability to estimate/forecast time to complete specified project tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to prioritize
• Ability to work well in a team environment and present a professional demeanor
