What you'll do
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment at the regional airport
- Maintain cooling, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems including central AC units, fan coil units, VRV systems
- Maintain other mechanical systems of the airport as needed based on operational requirements
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Certified HVAC Technician License according to ΠΔ1/2013
- Experience with Central Air Conditioning Installations including water central AC units, fan coil, VRV
- Degree in Related Technical Field from Technical Educational Institution or School
- Knowledge in Operating Advanced BMS Control Systems (preferred)
- Computer Operation Skills
- Category B Driving License
- English Language Proficiency
- F-Gas Certification preferred for handling refrigerants like R410A, R32, R134a, R407C
- Technical Education

Ρόλος Εργασίας
Ο Ψυκτικός Συντήρησης συμμετέχει στην εκτέλεση των εργασιών προληπτικής και τη διορθωτικής συντήρησης του μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού στο αντίστοιχο Περιφερειακό αεροδρόμιο. Το κύριο αντικείμενο της εργασίας του αφορά εξοπλισμό που σχετίζεται με τα συστήματα ψύξης-θέρμανσης-κλιματισμού-αερισμού του αεροδρομίου (κεντρικές κλιματιστικές μονάδες, fan coil units, VRV κλπ), αλλά θα ασχολείται επίσης με τη συντήρηση και των υπόλοιπων μηχανολογικών συστημάτων του αεροδρομίου ανάλογα με τις επιχειρησιακές ανάγκες.
Απαιτήσεις
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα
Πτυχίο από Τεχνικό Εκπαιδευτικό Ίδρυμα ή από Τεχνική Σχολή (ΕΠΑΛ, ΕΠΑΣ, ΙΕΚ) σε συναφές αντικείμενο.
Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 5 ετών σε εγκαταστάσεις κεντρικού κλιματισμού (κεντρικές κλιματιστικές μονάδες νερού, fan coil, VRV κλπ).
Κάτοχος άδειας αρχιτεχνίτη Ψυκτικού (σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 3 του ΠΔ1/2013).
Γνώση χειρισμού σε προηγμένα συστήματα ελέγχου κτιρίων BMS (επιθυμητή).
Γνώσεις χειρισμού Η/Υ.
Κάτοχος άδειας οδήγησης κατηγορίας Β.
Γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
Πιστοποίηση F-Gas (επιθυμητή) για χειρισμό ψυκτικών μέσων (R410A, R32, R134a, R407C κ.λπ.), η οποία καλύπτει να καλύπτει ανάκτηση ψυκτικού, πλήρωση και συμπληρωση, έλεγχο διαρροών, συντήρηση/επισκευή ψυκτικών κυκλωμάτων, εγκατάσταση και αποξήλωση εξοπλισμού

On 11th April 2017 full payment of the €1.234 billion upfront concession fee was made by Fraport Greece in tandem with the transfer of operations at the 14 airports for a period of 40 years.
In tandem with the start-up of its concession for managing the eleven island and the three mainland airports across Greece, Fraport Greece realized a comprehensive plan for the modernization and development of the airports.
Fraport Greece’s innovative €440 million airport development program has significantly transformed these airports. In particular, Fraport Greece has delivered five brand new terminals, expanded and modernized five existing terminals, and upgraded four other terminals. Construction projects at airside operational areas of the regional airports included renovating 12 runways, improving ramp areas, and constructing and renovating 12 fire stations. All of the airports have also been equipped with new state-of-the-art baggage handling and security systems.
The 14 Greek regional airports project is one of the largest and most beneficial investments and is a basis for boosting the Greek economy. Fraport Greece enhances the airports’ international competitiveness by the optimization of operational processes, the modernization and upgrade of the airports’ infrastructure and the continuous training of employees.
