What you'll do
- Implement airside safety regulations and monitor behavior according to ICAO, HCAA, AOM, SOP, and WI
- Perform routine and non-routine inspections per departmental procedures
- Provide Follow-Me guidance to aircraft
- Conduct aircraft removal and winter operations as per procedures
- Measure runway friction
- Deliver theoretical and practical Airside Driving Permit training
- Control wildlife on the airside
- Inspect work environments and facilities to ensure health and safety
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Knowledge of airside safety regulations, ICAO, HCAA, and AOM compliance
- Experience with monitoring airport movement area and routine and non-routine inspections
- Skills in Follow-Me guidance of aircraft and aircraft removal procedures
- Capabilities in winter operations and runway friction measurement
- Competence in Airside Driving Permit training and wildlife control
- Proficiency in health and safety inspections and computer literacy
- Strong English language proficiency, interpersonal skills, initiative, and team spirit
- Aviationpreferred

About the job
The Airside Supervisor is responsible for supervising all airside activities, monitoring the airport’s movement area and performing inspections in all airside areas. The primary objective of the position is to ensure airside safety and compliance to all National and International Rules and the Aerodrome Operations Manual.
Main Duties
Implementation of the airside safety regulations and monitoring of the behavior of all parties airside as per ICAO, HCAA, AOM, departmental Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI)
Routine and non-routine inspections according to the departmental Standard Operating Procedures
Follow-Me guidance of aircraft
Aircraft Removal and winter operations according to the departmental procedures
Runway friction measurement
Airside Driving Permit theoretical and practical training
Wildlife control
Inspection of work environments and facilities to ensure Health and Safety
Requirements
At least 3 years of previous working experience in the same or relevant field in aviation operations (airport, airlines, ground handling)
Very good knowledge of the English language
Computer literate
Fulfilled army obligations
Excellent interpersonal skills
Initiative and team spirit
Studies related to aviation operations will be considered a plus
