What you'll do
- Assist with restaurant, lounge, banquet, and event setup and service
- Welcome and engage with guests and assist with orders under supervision
- Serve food and beverages according to luxury service standards and service sequences
- Support opening, operating, and closing procedures, including table setting and resetting
- Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages, promotions, and basic pairings
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of dining areas, side stations, and service equipment
- Collaborate with F&B, Culinary, Stewarding, and Front Office teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
Key requirements
- Food and beverage service, Restaurant service, Banquet and event service
- Guest service, Communication, Interpersonal skills
- English language
- Dining etiquette, Luxury hospitality standards
- Menu and ingredient knowledge, Food safety, POS
- Organizational skills, Multitasking, Cleanliness and hygiene
- Hospitality Management / Hotel Management / Tourism / Business Administrationpreferred
