About the job

Four Seasons Resort Mykonos is seeking a Revenue Manager that drives revenue optimization by analyzing business data, managing pricing strategies, and overseeing distribution channels. This person ensures accurate forecasting, competitive benchmarking, and system efficiency while collaborating with sales and reservations teams. The position supports strategic decision-making to maximize profitability and market share for the hotel portfolio.


This role is for Four Seasons Resort Mykonos but will be based in Athens. 


What you will do:
•    Interpret analytics to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
•    Develop and implement pricing strategies across all channels.
•    Manage inventory and rates using IDeaS RMS and other systems.
•    Oversee OTA relationships and third-party distribution strategies.
•    Conduct market trend analysis and competitive benchmarking.
•    Provide dynamic forecasts and performance reports with actionable recommendations.
•    Ensure system accuracy and audit reservation standards.


What you bring:
•    Experience in hotel revenue management. Luxury hotel experience is a strong plus.
•    Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic actions.
•    Expertise in revenue management systems and hotel operations.
•    Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decisions.
•    Proficiency in MS Excel and Opera.
•    Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
•    Resilience under pressure with a focus on meeting deadlines.
•    A proactive mindset for continuous improvement and innovation.
•    Experience with IDeaS RMS is a plus. 
•    Fluent in English. Greek is a strong plus.
