What you'll do

About the Role
At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World's 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking an experienced and inspiring Restaurant Manager to lead our Kyma Pool & Beach team.
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of one of our most dynamic outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team. Working closely with the Director of Outlets, Culinary, Stewarding and other operational departments, you will drive service excellence, operational efficiency and financial performance. What You Will Do
Lead, inspire, coach and develop the Kyma Pool & Beach team while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
Oversee the daily operation of the outlet, ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences.
Manage labour scheduling, payroll, budgeting, inventory and cost control to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
Build strong relationships with guests, recognizing returning guests while creating memorable experiences for new visitors.
Collaborate closely with Culinary and Food & Beverage leadership to ensure exceptional food and beverage quality.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service recovery situations promptly and professionally.
Monitor outlet performance through operational reports and business analytics, identifying opportunities to improve revenue and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards, health & safety regulations and hygiene procedures.
Lead daily pre-shift meetings, performance reviews and ongoing training initiatives to support employee development.
Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Stewarding and Purchasing to maintain the outlet at the highest operational standards.
What You Bring
Previous management experience in a luxury restaurant, resort or hotel Food & Beverage operation.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing, coaching and developing large operational teams.
Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, labour planning and financial management.
Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Excellent food & beverage knowledge.
Fluency in English is essential; Greek will be considered an advantage.
Applicants must have a European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.
