At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly engaged Public Area Attendant for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract).
What You Will Do
To assist the housekeeping department in maintaining cleanliness of the hotel, in public areas, by performing a variety of assigned routine tasks in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
The public area attendant is responsible for the upkeep and storage for all the cleaning equipment assigned to them.
Anticipates guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction. Offers a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.
To check, clean and restock all public area restrooms and all lobby areas.
To be responsible for reporting any malfunctioning equipment.
To carry out any other cleaning duties as specified by supervisor.
What You Bring
Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.
Good verbal communication skills in English are essential.
