Deliver personalized and discreet service to guests by managing and replenishing in-room private bars (“My Bar”) in suites and rooms. Offer a seamless and luxurious in-room beverage and snack experience that combines convenience, privacy, and attention to detail. 

About the Role 
At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly engaged Private Bar Attendant to join our In-Room Dining team for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract). Provide professional, timely, and discreet service while ensuring each guest’s private bar experience exceeds expectations. 

What You Will Do 

• Stock and replenish private bars according to room category guidelines. 

• Monitor inventory, check quality and expiration dates, and replace items as necessary. 

• Deliver private bar items to guest rooms promptly and professionally. 

• Compute and relay guest charges accurately using handheld devices. 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of private bars and service areas. 

• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and offer suggestions to enhance the experience. 

• Assist with in-room dining orders, amenities, and F&B deliveries as requested. 

• Collaborate closely with housekeeping and other F&B teams. 

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and service protocols. 

What You Bring 

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience. 

• Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece. 

• Previous experience in private bar, in-room dining, or fine dining service is an advantage. 

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work discreetly in a fast-paced environment. 

• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Greek is an advantage. 

• Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus.

Schedule & Hours 
Summer Seasonal Job – 5 working days per week, with 2 days off.
