We currently have an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Manager (HR) to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece!

Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of People & Culture, you will lead the day-to-day People and Culture operations while playing a key role in establishing a workplace culture rooted in Four Seasons’ Golden Rule. You will help shape an environment where the resort is recognized as the Employer of Choice in the destination and a place where great people want to work and grow.

As People and Culture Manager, you will champion top talent, actively support recruitment, selection, onboarding and employee engagement efforts, and contribute to a positive employee experience. You will collaborate closely with department heads to drive performance management, coach leaders on employee relations matters, support learning and development initiatives, and help implement corporate People & Culture programs. You will also monitor workplace policies, compensation practices, and HR analytics to ensure compliance, fairness, and alignment with both local regulations and global Four Seasons standards.

Our Ideal People and Culture Manager (HR) candidate will have:

  • A strong passion for people, culture, and talent development.

  • Previous HR leadership experience, ideally within luxury hospitality.

  • A strategic and hands-on approach, with a strong understanding of hotel operations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.

  • Previous experience and knowledge of Greek labour law and government systems.

  • Fluency in Greek and English

  • Legal eligibility to work in Greece.
