We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Manager to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece!

Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of People & Culture, you will lead the learning and development strategy for the resort. You will be instrumental in creating a culture of continuous growth and excellence, supporting the resort’s vision to be the Employer of Choice and ensuring all employees feel supported and empowered to thrive.

As Learning & Development Manager, you will oversee the full cycle of learning—from onboarding and core training to leadership development and performance coaching. You will collaborate with department leaders to assess learning needs, drive engagement through creative training solutions, and ensure all learning initiatives align with Four Seasons standards and values. You will also play a key role in embedding the Golden Rule into every learning touchpoint and shaping a purpose-driven employee experience.

Our Ideal Learning & Development Manager candidate will have:

  • A true passion for people development and service excellence.

  • Previous experience in learning and training, ideally within luxury hospitality.

  • A creative and strategic mindset, with strong facilitation and coaching skills.

  • The ability to connect with and inspire a diverse group of learners.

  • Fluency in Greek and English, and legal eligibility to work in Greece.
