laundry supervisor (seasonal 2025)

We are looking for a Laundry Supervisor to join our Seasonal team for 2025!

What you will do

• Train and supervise all Laundry/ Valet employees.
• Administer and control all Laundry/Valet operations to achieve Four Seasons standards and objectives. Is responsible for ensuring that all linen is clean, the circulation is sufficient, the linen closets are well stocked, all uniforms are clean and always available for employees - assuring that all Rooms and F&B linen, Guest Clothing and Employee Uniforms are cleaned on a timely basis and in a cost-efficient manner.
• Develops daily production schedules, assesses priorities for each type of linen that needs to be laundered. Assigns staff to complete the needed activities for the day. Monitors staff’s activities to assure that standards are being met, staff is being supported and guest needs are being met.
• Participate in the daily routine of receiving, handling, tagging, spotting, cleaning, pressing and packaging of all guest or staff clothes.
• Resolves customer complaints, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guest will be in person and by phone. 
• Inspections trips through entire area checking on production methods and procedures.

What you bring

• Applicants must have the legal right to work in the European Union.
• Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Greek is an advantage.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Schedule & Hours:

• Summer Seasonal Job - 5 working days per week, with 2 days off.
• Schedule is changing every week according to business needs.
