About the Role
At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly motivated In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our team for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract). Oversee daily In-Room Dining operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional private dining experiences for our guests.

What You Will Do

• Supervise day-to-day In-Room Dining operations, including Mini Bar and special events.

• Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.

• Monitor staff performance, maintain standards, and provide coaching where necessary.

• Manage daily requisitions for food, beverage, and operational equipment.

• Maintain discipline, organization, and cleanliness of all service areas.

• Conduct regular quality checks on guest service, staff appearance, and Mini Bar operations.

• Make personal contact with VIP, suite, and long-stay guests to ensure exceptional service.

• Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams to meet guest requirements and special requests.

• Assist in training, scheduling, and performance management of In-Room Dining staff.

• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Support preparation of departmental budgets, goals, and business plans.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the In-Room Dining Manager or Director of Food & Beverage.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience; hospitality management experience preferred.

• Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.

• Proven experience in In-Room Dining, hotel dining, or food & beverage supervision.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Greek is an advantage.

• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation regulations is a plus.

Schedule & Hours
Summer Seasonal Job – 5 working days per week, with 2 days off. Schedule is flexible and may change weekly according to business needs.
