What you'll do

- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards
- Support departmental objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

About the Role
At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly motivated In-Room Dining Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operation of In-Room Dining, ensuring exceptional service standards, leading and developing the team, and creating memorable in-room dining experiences that reflect the legendary Four Seasons service culture.
What You Will Do
Supervise the day-to-day In-Room Dining operation, including Mini Bar and special requests.
Ensure the smooth, timely, and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.
Lead, motivate, and coach the In-Room Dining team while maintaining the highest service standards.
Monitor staff performance and support training and continuous development.
Manage daily requisitions for food, beverages, and operational equipment.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence across all In-Room Dining areas.
Conduct regular quality checks on guest service, staff appearance, and Mini Bar operations.
Build strong relationships with VIP, suite, and long-stay guests to ensure exceptional personalized service.
Collaborate closely with the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to accommodate guest preferences and special requests.
Assist with scheduling, performance management, and operational planning.
Ensure full compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
Support departmental objectives, financial performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform any other duties assigned by the In-Room Dining Manager or Director of Food & Beverage.
What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent; Hospitality Management studies are considered an advantage.
Applicants must hold a European Passport or have the legal right to work in Greece.
Previous supervisory experience in In-Room Dining, luxury Food & Beverage, or hotel operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional guest service.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Fluency in English is essential; Greek is considered an advantage.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is an asset.

Schedule & Hours
This is a full-time, permanent position.
The schedule is based on operational needs and includes 5 working days per week with 2 days off. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.
