As we prepare for 2025, we’re looking for warm, attentive, and professional Guest Service Agents to join our Seasonal team and ensure every guest feels welcomed from arrival to departure.

We are seeking Guest Service Agents to provide seamless luggage handling, outstanding guest assistance, and to be the friendly face that guests first and last see during their stay.

What You Will Do

• Welcome arriving guests warmly and assist with luggage handling, ensuring smooth and efficient arrivals and departures.

• Provide guests with comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local area attractions.

• Collaborate with Front Desk and Concierge to fulfill guest requests and coordinate luggage delivery and storage.

• Maintain excellent knowledge of hotel features, room types, VIP arrivals, and local amenities.

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously, always aiming to exceed expectations.

• Uphold superior service standards and contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and luggage area.

• Assist with valet parking services and guest vehicle arrivals/departures when needed.

• Maintain accurate records of guest luggage and room keys, ensuring guest security at all times.

What You Bring

• Applicants must have the legal right to work in the European Union.

• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Greek is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift luggage up to 25-30 kg.

Schedule & Hours

• Summer Seasonal Job - 5 working days per week, with 2 days off.
