At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Manager to join our Guest Experience team. This role is responsible for elevating and orchestrating the overall guest experience journey across the hotel, ensuring all touchpoints reflect the highest standards of Four Seasons hospitality, personalization, and emotional connection. This role champions a culture of guest experiences throughout the hotel, with particular focus on Four Seasons Elite guests, suite guests, milestone celebrations, long-stay guests, and other high-impact guest experiences, while also contributing to the overall experience of all hotel guests. The Guest Experience Manager works cross-functionally with operational departments to curate thoughtful, seamless, and personalized guest journeys, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and memorable experiences throughout the stay.
What You Will Do
Champion a culture of guest recognition, personalization, and emotional connection throughout the hotel.
Review daily arrivals, departures, in-house guests, VIP movements, special occasions, and other key guest journeys to identify opportunities for personalized experiences and meaningful engagement.
Work closely with operational leaders to ensure in-room experience, amenities, public areas, and overall guest presentation consistently reflect luxury standards and personalization.
Maintain strong visibility in the lobby and public areas, engaging naturally with guests and creating a warm, personalized, and welcoming atmosphere.
Drive guest experience initiatives, preference collection, guest history quality, and personalization efforts through effective utilization of operational systems and guest experience platforms.
