digital concierge agent

We are looking for Digital Concierge Agents to join our Seasonal team for 2025! 

What you will do 

• Manage guest inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital Four Seasons Platforms to ensure personalized service and seamless experience. 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests using the resort’s app, including providing real-time assistance with bookings, recommendations, and updates. 
• Coordinate dining, spa, and activity reservations for guests through digital platforms, ensuring timely confirmations and smooth scheduling. 
• Ensure accurate logging of guest requests in the resort's digital systems. 
• Communicate with vendors and partners following established guidelines and procedures to ensure seamless coordination of arrangements. 

What you bring 

• Applicants must have the legal right to work in the European Union. 
• Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Greek is an advantage. 
• Strong written communication skills. 
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required for this role.

Schedule & Hours: 

• Summer Seasonal Job - 5 working days per week, with 2 days off. 
• Schedule is changing every week according to business needs.
