What you will do
Commis Chef
As a Commis Chef, you will support daily kitchen operations through food preparation and assistance during service, while strictly adhering to Four Seasons standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn, develop their culinary skills, and grow within a luxury hotel environment.
Demi Chef de Partie
The Demi Chef de Partie assists in the smooth operation of a designated kitchen section, supporting the Chef de Partie in delivering consistent, high‑quality dishes. You will actively participate in service, guide junior colleagues, and ensure all culinary standards are upheld in alignment with Four Seasons values.
Chef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie, you will take full responsibility for your kitchen section, ensuring excellence in food quality, creativity, and execution. You will lead and train junior team members, manage mise en place and service flow, and collaborate closely with the culinary leadership team to deliver memorable dining experiences reflective of Four Seasons Mykonos.
What you bring
Previous experience in a similar role within a professional or luxury hotel kitchen environment, relevant to the position applied for
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, hygiene, and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, seasonal, and team‑oriented environment
Passion for culinary excellence and a professional, positive attitude
Eligibility to work in Greece (EU passport or valid Greek work permit required)
