- Knowledge of Email Marketing and Customer Journey Optimization
- Ability to maintain Brand Consistency and Cross-market Coordination
- Strong English Language Skills

The Digital Content & Experience Specialist SEE owns the execution and quality of Foot Locker's digital brand presence across Greece, Romania and Bulgaria.
The role is responsible for planning, coordinating and publishing commercial, campaign and product-related content across all digital touchpoints, ensuring that every launch, promotion and seasonal moment is visually compelling, commercially relevant and delivered on time.
Working closely with E-commerce Specialists, Marketing, Buying, Brand Partners and Product teams, the role orchestrates the digital content calendar, manages asset readiness and curates onsite and email experiences that support customer engagement, conversion and brand consistency across the SEE markets.
MAIN DUTIES
Digital Content Ownership
Prepare and adapt digital creative assets for ecommerce and email, meeting Foot Locker EMEA standards, brand partner guidelines and channel technical specs.
Keep content fresh and aligned with seasonal campaigns, launches and trading priorities.
Guard digital brand consistency across all SEE markets.
Product Asset Readiness
Own readiness of product assets for launches and commercial campaigns: collection, validation and publication of imagery, video and supporting content.
Ensure assets are complete, correctly formatted and live across all touchpoints before launch, including resizing and channel optimization.
Partner with Buying, Brand Partners, Marketing and Product to resolve missing or inconsistent assets.
Campaign & Launch Execution
Coordinate content delivery for launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns with the eCommerce Specialists.
Build and maintain campaign landing pages and brand destinations, ensuring consistent execution across SEE.
Newsletter Curation
Curate newsletter content and campaign storytelling with eCommerce and Marketing.
Prepare briefs, product selections and recommendations aligned with commercial objectives, keeping email and onsite consistent.
Contribute to email calendar planning and prioritization.
Commercial Calendar Orchestration
Own the digital content refresh calendar across SEE, coordinating timelines with eCommerce, Marketing and Buying.
Track content dependencies and risks so launches go live on schedule.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
Monitor content engagement and commercial performance.
Identify improvements to customer journeys, product presentation and storytelling.
Benchmark competitors and emerging digital retail trends.
QUALIFICATIONS
Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce or a related field.
2+ years of eCommerce, digital marketing, visual merchandising or similar job.
Strong understanding of working in a CMS.
Working experience with image editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or similar).
Good Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data.
Fluency in English; knowledge of a SEE market language is a plus.
