What you'll do
- Serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional Scrum Teams, coaching toward self-organization and continuous improvement
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, workshops, and team discussions to support planning, collaboration, and decision-making
- Partner with Product Owner(s) to maintain a prioritized and refined Product Backlog
- Promote transparency by establishing team metrics, visual tools, and reporting for data-driven improvements
- Identify, escalate, and help remove organizational impediments by collaborating with stakeholders
- Coordinate dependencies across teams, functions, and external stakeholders to ensure delivery and alignment
- Coach stakeholders, managers, and team members on Agile principles, Scrum, and servant leadership to strengthen Agile maturity
- Contribute to the Agile community by sharing best practices and supporting continuous Agile evolution

About the job
As a Scrum Master, you work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to enable effective Agile delivery. You help teams adopt and continuously improve Agile practices, foster collaboration, remove impediments, and create an environment that supports high performance. By bringing a pragmatic mindset, facilitation skills, and a continuous improvement approach, you help teams and the organization achieve their business objectives.
Reporting to the IT Director, you will be responsible and accountable to:
•Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional Scrum Teams, coaching them toward self-organization, ownership, and continuous improvement
•Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, workshops, and team discussions to support effective planning, collaboration, and decision-making
•Partner with Product Owner(s) to maintain a well-structured, prioritized, and continuously refined Product Backlog
•Promote transparency by establishing meaningful team metrics, visual management tools, and reporting that enable data-driven improvements
•Identify, escalate, and help remove organizational impediments by collaborating with stakeholders across the business
•Coordinate dependencies across teams, functions, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment
•Coach stakeholders, managers, and team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and servant leadership to strengthen Agile maturity
•Contribute to the organization's Agile community by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and supporting continuous evolution of Agile ways of working.
Qualifications & Competencies required:
•Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
•Scrum certification (e.g., PSM I, CSM)
•At least 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or in a similar Agile delivery role
•Strong people-oriented mindset with the ability to coach, motivate, and empower teams through empathy, openness, and a continuous improvement approach
•Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
•Highly organized, with strong planning, coordination, and prioritization capabilities
•Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and foster positive change
•Passion for Agile methodologies and enabling high-performing, self-organizing teams.
