What you'll do
- Deliver SAP FI / Financials solutions within S/4HANA programs and enhancement initiatives
- Participate in full lifecycle implementations including design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions
- Configure and optimize core Financial Accounting processes such as GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Banking
- Ensure integration between FI and other SAP modules like SD, MM, and CO
- Support testing cycles including SIT and UAT and resolve defects
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners
- Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement of SAP solutions
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and user training
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- SAP FI / Financials configuration including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, taxes, and master data
- S/4HANA implementation experience and knowledge of Financial Accounting processes
- Integration expertise with SD, MM, and CO modules
- Testing skills including SIT and UAT, plus data migration and cutover activities
- Business requirements gathering, documentation, and communication with stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SAP IS-Retail and familiarity with SAP Fiori and modern SAP UX
- Knowledge of SAP Activate and Agile methodologies
- Computer Science / Business Administration / Logisticspreferred

Reporting to the Group IT Applications Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:

•Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions
•Configure and optimize core Financial Accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking)
•Ensure integration between FI and other modules (SD, MM, CO)
•Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and defect resolution
•Collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners
•Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement of SAP solutions
•Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and user training
Qualifications & Competencies required:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ΙΤ, Business Administration, Logistics or related field
•2–3 years of SAP FI / Financials experience
•Experience in at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation
•Strong knowledge of Record-to-Report (RTR) and core financial processes
•Hands-on experience in SAP FI configuration (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, taxes, master data)
•Understanding of integration points with SD, MM and CO modules
•Experience in testing, data migration, and cutover activities
•Ability to gather and document business requirements
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities
•Experience with SAP IS-Retail is considered a strong advantage
•Familiarity with SAP Fiori and modern SAP UX is a plus; knowledge of CO is an advantage
•Experience with SAP Activate / Agile methodologies is an asset
