What you'll do
- Receive requests from business units
- Issue POs after securing necessary approvals and confirm completion of contractual requirements
- Analyze category performance reports and provide insights for strategic sourcing
- Analyze PRs and POs for clarity and completeness of requirements and documentation
- Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations to qualified bidders and analyze bids
- Manage delivery schedules and address delays
- Maintain and update PO due dates and status based on logistics and delivery schedules
- Maintain PO repository and properly store classified or sealed bid documents
- Maintain and customize contract templates ensuring regulatory compliance
- Maintain contract repository
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Procurement and contract management skills
- Purchase Orders (PO) management and Requests for Quotations (RFQ) preparation
- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and digital skills
- Collaboration and supplier management abilities
- Analytical thinking, problem solving, critical thinking, and data management
- Greek language proficiency
- Finance / Accounting / Business Administrationpreferred

About the job
Reporting to the Group Procurement Category Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the following:
·Receiving requests from the corresponding business unit
·Issuing POs, after securing all necessary approvals and ensures their proper execution following confirmation of the successful completion of all contractual and procedural requirements
·Analyzing category performance reports and provides insights for strategic sourcing opportunities through benchmarking, market and supplier research
·Analyzing PRs and POs to ensure clarity and completeness in description of materials and/or equipment, quantity and quality requirements, delivery requirements, and proper support documentation
·Preparing and issuing Requests for Quotations to qualified bidders, analyzes bid quotations, prepares bid analysis and submits for approval
·Remaining informed on delivery schedules and manages delays, if needed
·Maintaining and updating PO due dates and status based on fluctuations in logistics and the delivery schedules from suppliers/vendors
·Maintaining of PO repository. Ensuring that classified or sealed bid documents are properly stored
·Maintaining contract templates per category under management, ensuring continuous regulatory compliance and overall contract management efficiency. Customizes templates in accordance with procurement needs
·Maintaining contract repository
Qualifications & Competencies required:
·Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
·Working Experience at least 4 years preferably in the Procurement Function
·Good knowledge of MS Office and especially MS Word, Excel, and digital skills
·Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both written and verbal
·Ability to collaborate with internal and external clients
·Analytical thinking, problem solving & critical thinking skills
·Ability to manage large volumes of quantitative data in a timely manner
·Adaptability in changes
Qualifications considered as an asset:
·Working experience in Facility Management Services or in a similar role
·Good negotiation skills
·Good knowledge of SAP platform
