What you'll do
- Deliver SAP SD and Logistics solutions within S/4HANA programs and enhancement initiatives
- Participate in full lifecycle implementations including design, configuration, testing, go-live and support
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions
- Configure and optimize Order-to-Cash processes and related logistics functionalities
- Ensure integration between SAP SD and other modules such as MM and FI
- Support testing cycles including System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, and resolve defects
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement of SAP solutions
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and user training
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- SAP SD configuration including pricing, billing, shipping, and master data management
- Order-to-Cash process knowledge and optimization
- S/4HANA implementation experience and lifecycle participation
- Integration knowledge with MM and FI modules
- Testing experience including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution
- Data migration and cutover activities
- Documenting business requirements and business analysis
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Computer Science / Information Technology / Business Administration / Logisticspreferred

Reporting to the Group IT Applications Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:
The Position:
•Deliver SAP SD & Logistics solutions within S/4HANA programs and enhancement initiatives
•Participate in full lifecycle implementations (design, configuration, testing, go-live, support)
•Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions
•Configure and optimize Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and related logistics functionalities
•Ensure integration between SD and other modules (MM, FI, Logistics Execution)
•Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and defect resolution
•Collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners
•Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement of SAP solutions
•Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and user training
Qualifications & Competencies required:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ΙΤ, Business Administration, Logistics or related field
•3–5 years of SAP SD / Logistics experience
•Experience in at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation
•Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
•Hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration (pricing, billing, shipping, master data)
•Understanding of integration points with MM and FI modules
•Experience in testing, data migration, and cutover activities
•Ability to gather and document business requirements
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities
•Experience with SAP IS-Retail is considered a strong advantage
•Familiarity with SAP Fiori and modern SAP UX is a plus
•Experience with SAP Activate / Agile methodologies is an asset
